Nevada requires payout of earned but unused vacation at termination. Nevada treats accrued vacation as wages. However employers can implement reasonable accrual caps.
Nevada is one of the states that mandates vacation payout at termination. Nevada employers cannot implement use-it-or-lose-it policies for earned vacation but may cap the amount that accrues.
